Returns Policy

At Geo Site Supply, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return unused and undamaged items within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all labels and components included.
  • Customised or made-to-order products (e.g. branded log books) are non-refundable unless faulty.


How to Return an Item

  1. Email hello@geositesupply.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will confirm your return request and provide return instructions.
  3. Package the item securely and send to the address provided.


Please note:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of fault or error on our part.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@geositesupply.com
  • Include photos and a description of the issue
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund as appropriate
