Returns Policy
At Geo Site Supply, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- You may return unused and undamaged items within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all labels and components included.
- Customised or made-to-order products (e.g. branded log books) are non-refundable unless faulty.
How to Return an Item
- Email hello@geositesupply.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm your return request and provide return instructions.
- Package the item securely and send to the address provided.
Please note:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of fault or error on our part.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@geositesupply.com
- Include photos and a description of the issue
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund as appropriate
