Geo Site Supply reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including where there is an error in pricing or product description, where the goods are unavailable, or where we have reason to believe an order has been placed in error or bad faith. Where an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.
Product descriptions, specifications, and images on the Site are provided for general guidance only. While we take care to ensure accuracy, customers are responsible for confirming that any Product is suitable for their intended professional application before placing an order. 4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
Payment is due in full at the time of placing an order unless trade credit terms have been agreed separately in writing with Geo Site Supply.
VAT will be added to orders where applicable in accordance with current HMRC regulations.
5. SHIPPING
Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. Delivery timescales provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Geo Site Supply will not be liable for delays outside its reasonable control.
For international orders, the buyer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns are subject to our Returns Policy. Equipment must be returned in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging.
Geo Site Supply reserves the right to charge a reasonable restocking fee for returned items where appropriate.
Please note that customers purchasing as a business (B2B) are not entitled to the same statutory cancellation rights as private consumers under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However, Geo Site Supply is committed to dealing fairly and reasonably with all returns requests and will consider each case on its merits.
7. PROFESSIONAL USE DISCLAIMER
The Products sold by Geo Site Supply are intended for use by trained and qualified professionals in appropriate geotechnical, civil engineering, and related applications.
Geo Site Supply accepts no liability for loss, injury, or damage arising from: improper use of Products; use by unqualified or untrained persons; use in applications for which the Products are not designed or specified; or failure to comply with the manufacturer's instructions, relevant industry standards, applicable health and safety legislation, or any professional guidelines that apply to the intended use.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the Products are fit for purpose, used correctly, and that all applicable legal, safety, and professional obligations are met.
