The Extech MO290 Pin and Pinless Moisture Meter is an 8-in-1 building diagnostics instrument combining invasive and non-invasive moisture measurement with humidity, air-temperature and infrared surface-temperature functions.

Built-in pins can be used for direct moisture readings, while the electromagnetic sensor pad allows non-destructive assessment below the surface. Dew point and vapour-pressure functions help identify condensation risk and investigate damp or water-damage conditions.
